Maths & Computing Specialism.
In the Spring of 2009, The Albion High School was designated as a specialist college for Maths and Computing. This brings a substantial financial benefit to the school and its wider community, funding even more development within these areas of the curriculum.

More success for The Albion High School!
The Arts Council has announced (June 2009) that The Albion School has been awarded the Artsmark for its excellence in Visual and Performing Arts. This is the third accolade this year, after achieving Sportsmark in January and Maths and Computing specialism in February. The Visual Arts team were already a Salford Lead Department.
